VENDORS: DO YOU AGREE TO STAY THE ENTIRE TIME OF THE EVENT? Vendors are required to stay for the entire day of the event date from 9am until 3pm. Set up is from 8 to 9 AM and tear down is from 3 to 4 PM.

VENDORS: What is your business/service? (Please, indicate ALL of your items. NOTE: In order to limit competition amongst vendors and give each the best opportunity, we may contact you to ask that only some of your items be included at the event.)

VENDOR FEE IS $25 for OUTDOOR spaces and $50 for INDOOR (limited qty). Vendors receive two 8-10 ft. tables and 2 chairs. Vendors are responsible for their own tablecoverings, decorations, and tent, if needed. (PLEASE, WRITE "AGREE" in the space below)
