DONORS ONLY: What gently used items are you donating? Please, indicate if you require pickup of the donation or if you are able to transport it yourself.
VENDORS: DO YOU AGREE TO STAY THE ENTIRE TIME OF THE EVENT? Vendors are required to stay for the entire day of the event date they choose. Event time is 7 AM to 1 PM Fri, Sept. 25 and Sat. Sept 26, 2026. Set up is at 6 AM and tear down is from 1 to 2 PM.
VENDORS: What is your craft? (Please, indicate all of your items. NOTE: In order to limit competition amongst vendors and give the best opportunity for each vendor ,we may contact you to ask that only some of your items be included at the sale.)
VENDORS: Please give a description of the item you will be donating to the raffle and its value. VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO DONATE ONE ITEM TO THE RAFFLE. The value of your donation is tax-deductible and a receipt is available upon request.
THIS IS AN OUTSIDE EVENT! VENDOR FEE IS $50 per vendor and all vendors receive two 8-10 ft. tables and 2 chairs. Vendors are responsible for their own tablecoverings, decorations, and tent, if needed. (PLEASE, WRITE "AGREE" in the space below)
